This Car Park was sealed with the Hyperdesmo Car Park System, Microsealer 50 primer, Hyperdesmo HAA and Hyperdesmo ADYE.
Hyperdesmo is trafficable, has UV stability, chemical resistance and is available in a range of colours. The car park (1300m2) is part of the recently completed Labour Commissioner office for the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation, Namibia .
The Client was looking for a trafficable waterproofing solution, to solve leaks caused by cracks in the concrete parking deck.
Previously epoxy injection was used, but did not solve the issue, and it was too costly to remove the asphalt.
